Peace; something you can create yourself, by building a state of tranquility, harmony and well-being in your life.

In essence peace is a multifaceted concept that involves inner and external well-being.
All you need to do to achieve that, is starting to construct a freedom from conflict, fear and stress.
So, no more feelings of emptiness or incompleteness. No more disturbance of your surroundings.

If you are anything like me, you want to get away from external disruptions, noise or chaos. Because it causes us unease and agitation. Did you know that cleaning is something I put on the bottom of my priority list? I love being organized just to make it myself easier in general. Never ever, do I have to look for something that is misplaced. I know exactly where everything is. And by having a place and function for it all, I can postpone the cleaning part. It always looks neat and tidy. As if I am someone who loves to clean, and I promise you: I am not!

If you crave for peace, it is time to create a sense of inner contentment and satifaction with your life as well as your surroundings.

Inner peace comes from:

-managing your negative emotions (it can help you to read my posts about emotions and willpower)

-learning acceptance

-coping with challeging situations

-loving yourself (you can read the post about this too)

In other words: gaining mental & emotional control

This is the road to feeling comfortable. Feeling satisfied with yourself even admidst imperfections. This gives you tranquility and stability.

External peace comes from having peacefull relationships. Not only with your partner, kids, parents, family and friends. But with everyone that crosses your path.

How?

-by being love. If you want to be loved, be love!
-by respecting others

-by valueing diversity

-by working together

When you have those managed, you can start by creating peace of mind in your house. Purging, cleaning out the clutter, giving everything it's place, letting go of what doesn't serve you (anymore) and repairing of what needs to be fixed.

This is a work in progress. Don't go for perfection. You better start small, do it step by step, and first battle the easiest tasks. Build yourself up. You got this.
Make yourself a goal, that you divide and conquer as a plan. I believe in you!
